Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift cards aren't returnable.

Email pattysbelts@gmail.com to start a return. We'll send instructions once it's approved — returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please let us know at any time if you have concerns with your pattysbelt and we will happily work with you!

Exchanges

Return your original purchase using above process and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take longer to post it. If it's been more than 15, get in touch.
