Please measure before you order — sizes run generous so you are left with a good tail.
How to measure
- Lay your favorite belt flat and measure it without the buckle, from the fold to the hole you actually use — or
- measure your waist with your pants on, where the belt sits.
- No tape measure? Run a piece of string around your waist and measure the string.
Then add a few inches for the tail. A pattysbelt tail usually hangs further than a standard belt, and that is the look most people are after.

Between sizes, or want a longer tail? Size up — there are four inches between each size. Women’s sizes here follow pants and belt measurements rather than actual waist measurements, so the numbers above are the ones to go by.
Each belt is sewn for your order, so we are not able to take returns. If a belt needs altering we are glad to help — shipping to and from the shop is not included.
